From the emergency that created a need for my home ramp until we no longer needed it ( about 2.5 years) Amramp staff were amazing to work with. During that time, Lucas addressed all of my questions and maintenance needs with a level of caring and personalized professionalism that is rarely experienced.
The ramp itself is strong and sturdy. The best part about it, it has a steel cris-cross pattern, so we never worried about slipping and sliding during the winter months. The ramps are made with safety, stability, and flexibility as top priority.

I called and talked to Brian about putting in a ramp for my sister. My sister was getting out of rehab therapy and we needed it installed ASAP. I spoke to him on a Thursday, he measured up the following Monday and his brother had it in on Wednesday when I brought her home. They are very responsive and genuinely interested in helping people. Btw, the ramp looks sharp! Thanks again guys.

My mom lost her right last year this added to her other many health issues. I live two houses away but called Bill at Ampramp after talking to several other companies about making away for my mom to access her home wheel chair bound. Everyone else gave me literature and vague pricing. Bill understood my mom’s needs right away. He walked me thought what we could do for temporary options until material was ordered and here to do the job. My mom was in a nursing facility that was a wonderful place to be but very expensive. Bill bought in and installed a temporary ramp to get her back in her home right away. It’s been a year now and her lift has provided her freedom. And I have had a couple of opportunities to call Bill with questions and he has graciously always been available and helpful. I requested him to come and do a maintenance and operations inspection since it’s been a year and he verify what was working right and some tweaks and lubrication and it’s just like new again. A year ago my wife had a surgery that put her in a wheelchair. We didn't know this was going to happen. After her surgery I called a couple of first responder friends to help me get her into our house. The same day I called Amramp for their help with a ramp install. They came out the next day, did the measurements and the next day it was installed. It's been a life saver. My wife and I are so pleased with installation of our handicap ramp. The installers were very professional and curtious and did I mention fast quality work we were amazed about 4 hours later we were on it testing it out. We would highly recommend Amramp for any of their products installation.

Amramp gets 5 stars for their great customer service and wonderful staff! I called them less than a week before my husbands surgery and they made sure we had a ramp to use the day he came home from the hospital.

Sheri Hutto came out to my home and did the initial appraisal on October 8, 2025. She was very professional and knowledgeable, which led to a very well planned appraisal. Malik Burnette came to my home on October 31, 2025. His work ethic was exceptional. He arrived at about 11:15 AM and was finished by 2:30 PM. He was extremely personable and professional. He worked straight through from start to finish without undue stress or pressure. The finished product was exceptionally well done and looked amazing.
