When my father was released from hospital rehab for a broken leg, I had only a few days to get him ready for living at my sister's home. The VA could help us with a ramp for his wheelchair but not in only the necessary few days we had for preparations. From the minute I contacted AMRAMP and spoke to Justin, the process to get a temporary ramp in place (until the VA ramp could be installed), went swiftly and professionally orchestrated. Justin not only went out of his way to speed up the process but got the ramp installed on a Friday afternoon for my Dad's Monday morning release to come home. Throughout the process, Justin was courteous and helpful by returning calls quickly and following up on every detail as he had said he would. I would highly recommend Amramp to anyone with such a need because Justin's professionalism eased our burden of getting many things in order quickly for dad's release from the hospital. It was our pleasure to work with Justin. AS soon as the VA permanent ramp was ordered for installation, Justin, again, stepped up the courtesy of coordinating our schedule with his to bring about a timely work order.

Amazing services from Amramp. First they came out and gave me an accurate estimate for the Stair Lift (which I was unable to get from other companies). Second, they knew that my situation was a rush and that every day counted and they did their best to make sure it was installed timely. The installation person made certain that the lift ran smoothly and gave me time to practice with it before leaving for the night. He also made sure that every place on the stairs that was close to preventing smooth operation was carefully tacked down and that even in our very small staircase, there was still room for someone to walk the stairs. This stair lift saved my life and Amramp made it happen quickly and safely.

Sheri was an absolute pleasure to work with and so proficient in her job. John who installed our ramp, was so impressive, efficient and and a joy. We love our ramp and it is such a blessing. Thank you VA and to all who work with them.

I was in a terrible auto accident which left me wheelchair bound for several months. Eventually, I graduated to a scooter and then to a cane. Through it all, the ramp installed by Amramp was a tremendous help! Amramp was the only company with the vision to lay out a ramp so that it did not take up all of our driveway and was also easy for me to manage with a wheelchair, scooter or canes. The ramp made it easy for me to negotiate leaving and entering my home by myself if necessary. Once I graduated to the scooter, it was easy for me on my own all of the time. Amramp made my recovery much more simple. The representatives and installers were knowledgeable, imaginative, considerate and very professional. They were on time and, today, you would never know that a ramp had been here for almost 6 months. If I needed a ramp again, I would not hesitate to use Amramp.

Service received was amazing. Our representative Justin Antolik was very professional, knowledgeable and delivered exactly what we were looking for. Our ramp has made wheelchair access into home so much easier. l would definitely recommend Amramp if you are looking for great prices and also great customer service.

Sherri was amazing both over the phone and in-person. She helped us make the right decisions and didn’t try to upsell anything. She was very respectful of our situation and needs. When Zack arrived, Installation went smoothly and he went above and beyond in explaining how to care for the ramp and how to use it properly with our grandmother. Great service!!
