Ease of setting up appointments for pricing and turn around from order to completion of job was great. Craftsman and finished ramp are the best.

Brian and his crew were very professional and courteous. They installed the ramp without a problem. We had the ramp for 4 months. Jan progressed from needing the wheelchair to go to dr appointments to using a wheeled walker. In the last month she was walking down the ramp without little to no help. This ramp was a God send and we could not have been more pleased with the ramp. We would definitely recommend Amramp to all our family and friends! Thanks to Brian and his crew!

I rented a wheelchair ramp from Amramp Accessibility of St Louis to take on an out of town trip. The ramp was used everyday and it was perfect. It is sturdy and my wheelchair fit perfectly. When I got home I purchased the ramp because it is exactly what I need when I need to go up steps and enter certain doorways.
The service I received was great also. The ramp was delivered right to my house and the price was right. Thank you so much Amramp Accessibility of St Louis!

Amramp helped us secure a portal ramp to help my mom get into a van for vacation. They met me half way to pick up the ramp and came to me to return it. The service was awesome and really appreciated the flexibility. They helped make our vacation to take my mom and dad to the beach possible.

Brian and team were wonderful in responding to our particular needs. My wife broke her leg while we were traveling and we couldn't get back into our house when we returned. We were staying in a hotel until we could get a ramp to get from the garage to the yard and then the yard to our back door. Although they were busy they came out and planned the temporary ramp and got it installed within a couple of days. Thanks for your exceptional service!

Fantastic customer service! Although we unfortunately found we needed a ramp four times, Brian and his team came through for us each and every time. They made sure the installation was timely and in place for our return from the hospital. Jonathan and Corey did an outstanding installation today and from prior experience the ramp removal will go seamlessly. If you ever need any of their products or services I recommend them 100%. I was VERY pleased with the service and product that Amramp supplied! I do not know how I would have been able to keep my sister in our home without it! They were timely, polite, considerate, and on top of what was needed. The ramp was of excellent quality, and the elevation was ADA compliant. And, when we were done renting the ramp, they came and picked it up nearly immediately, keeping me from paying for something I no longer needed. I enjoyed working with Brian very much, too!

We are so happy with our Amramp I am writing a second review! It has given us such peace of mind knowing my husband ( and my sister who visits often) can get into and out of our home safely! My husband’s physical therapist saw it for the first time and said “Where did you get this ramp? Can I get there contact info?” Seriously, if anyone is looking to add a ramp, call Amramp! Absolutely the best from start to end! The representative that came to our home was very knowledgeable, very kind and caring of our needs. They were very quick on response time as well. And just all around really good people. If you're looking for wheelchair ramps definitely with them come give you a bid!

Brian from the first call and me having no idea what I even needed was incredible. He understands the urgency many of us have when we’re calling. The idea of my dad being stuck in the house for 3 weeks scared me. He had us all lined up pending condo association ok and was there the Monday after he was released from rehab. This ramp is solid and estethically pleasing Also it is nice to see the community he has that he can refer you to other accessibility companies for other needs that he doesn’t do. The installers were so kind and courteous especially to my dad. In a time of panic Brian was part therapist also as I was really stressed as rehab places don’t give you info and no way was my dad crawling up stairs!! 😮 i’ve given out the company name a few times already and we’ve had neighbors stop by as my dad invited them to see his ramp 🙂

Brian and his crew was awesome I was kind of panicking with dad coming from rehab and he was part therapist part contractor My dad loves that we don’t have to call St Charles fire to get him out anymore the crew had it up safely and quickly looks beautiful

Brian and his staff were magnificent! I called him with our needs and within a couple of days we had a wheelchair ramp installed at our front door quickly and professionally. My wife was very excited! When it was time to remove the ramp, the men came exactly at the time they said they would (no kidding!). We highly recommend Amramp hands down! Thank you!

Great service from a great company they jump through hoops to get our ramp up prior to me coming home from the hospital. I’d recommend them highly to anyone who needs a service.

I had a wheelchair ramp from Amramp installed in one side of our two-car garage. My wife was about to be released from a rehab hospital, recovering from heart surgery. The therapist advised us to get a ramp to help her get in/out of our house, and he gave us a list of six providers. I asked which one to call first, and he suggested Amramp. They installed the ramp the next day, and the day after that she came home from the rehab hospital.

I have been totally pleased with this steel ramp. It has a gradual slope, and handrails on each side. She can get in and out of our house completely on her own, and has never had any issues using the ramp. The Amramp people were very easy to work with.

I can’s say enough good things about this company. They were courteous and prompt. The ramp was strong, sturdy yet unobtrusive. We felt safe using it. The ramp was not permanently attached to the house so when it was taken down there was no evidence that it had ever been there. I would highly recommend this company.
