Amramp Qualifies as Essential Business

Many states are issuing stay-at-home advisories or mandating lockdowns for all non-essential businesses. Amramp qualifies as a designated “essential service” as defined by federal guidelines due to the crucial role we play in serving the public need for accessibility. As an essential service we will continue to provide first class service to people with limited mobility.

Amramp is considered an essential service as we install ramps that provide access to medical facilities and individual homes. Our services enable patients to be discharged from medical facilities to their homes so that hospital beds can be used for people with COVID19 symptoms, as well as helping healthcare and community services make temporary buildings accessible to the public.

We have recently installed ramps to provide access for temporary facilities being set up for COVID19 testing, schools providing nutritional assistance to children and families helping with food insecurity, and some locations are providing ramps to help families bring vulnerable loved ones home to stay with them through this health emergency.

Throughout the COVID19 pandemic, Amramp will remain committed to the wellbeing of our customers, Amramp Team Members, and our communities at large.
