AMRAMP’S RESPONSE TO COVID-19: UPDATE

Update as of 3/20/2020

To Our Customers:

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Amramp will remain committed to the well being of customers and Amramp Team Members. All people, especially and including those most vulnerable to this virus, are most important above all. We will continue to serve the public need for accessibility.

During this emergency period, we’re taking precautions for our customers and employees.

To do our part in stopping the spread of this virus, as many of our employees as possible are working remotely. For those who cannot, we have taken a wide variety of steps to ensure their safety, from creating social space to enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures for our manufacturing team, franchise partners, sales force, installers and vehicles.

To continue to support you, our customers, who need fast, affordable accessibility solutions, our manufacturing facility is open and operating. We will continue to supply our products to our franchise partners at this time who in turn will be able to provide them to you, our important customers.

Amramp team members will continue to provide service onsite as permitted by our customers, organizational and government policies. We are changing the way we interact with our customers and the product we install for your safety and ours.

  • We continue to follow the Center for Disease Control’s guidelines of ensuring any employee who demonstrates symptoms associated with the COVID-19 is not interacting with anyone; and practicing social distancing.
  • We will continue to keep appointments to evaluate for and install wheelchair ramps, railings, vertical lifts and other products that are installed outside of the home, as was normal service preceding this crisis. We remain locally stocked for fast, affordable delivery of our modular ramp systems to rent or buy.
  • Appointments and work that requires Amramp personnel to enter a home or come in close, physical contact with other individuals may be limited to local regulations and will be handled at the discretion of the local franchise partner. This includes products that are installed inside the home. In these cases, we will be contacting you in advance to discuss precautions. Once the pandemic subsides, we will return to the normal service and full product offerings.

Amramp is committed to be responsible in helping prevent the spread of this illness to protect the people in our lives who are most vulnerable; and who we all love and care for: our parents, grandparents, children, friends and family. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy space for both you and our team members. We’re here to support you and Amramp will continue to provide helpful services to anyone who needs us during these uncertain times.

We will continue to get through this together,

Justin Gordon, COO, and Your Amramp Team
