From the emergency that created a need for my home ramp until we no longer needed it ( about 2.5 years) Amramp staff were amazing to work with. During that time, Lucas addressed all of my questions and maintenance needs with a level of caring and personalized professionalism that is rarely experienced.
The ramp itself is strong and sturdy. The best part about it, it has a steel cris-cross pattern, so we never worried about slipping and sliding during the winter months. The ramps are made with safety, stability, and flexibility as top priority.

My mom lost her right last year this added to her other many health issues. I live two houses away but called Bill at Ampramp after talking to several other companies about making away for my mom to access her home wheel chair bound. Everyone else gave me literature and vague pricing. Bill understood my mom’s needs right away. He walked me thought what we could do for temporary options until material was ordered and here to do the job. My mom was in a nursing facility that was a wonderful place to be but very expensive. Bill bought in and installed a temporary ramp to get her back in her home right away. It’s been a year now and her lift has provided her freedom. And I have had a couple of opportunities to call Bill with questions and he has graciously always been available and helpful. I requested him to come and do a maintenance and operations inspection since it’s been a year and he verify what was working right and some tweaks and lubrication and it’s just like new again. We purchased a lift for our home from Amramp Accessibility of Boise last September. My husband, who is disabled, found it impossible to go down the stairs in the garage. We have been very happy with the lift as it has provided a feeling of freedom that he has not had for years. Amramp has been wonderful to work with and did a fine job installing it. We love it!
A few weeks ago I parked the car too close to the lift and the ramp door caught on my wheel well. We were devastated expecting a long wait for repairs. But Amramp in Salt Lake sent a man up that day who was able to get it going again. It was selfless service and we are very grateful. Thanks so much to all at Amramp in Salt Lake.

We recently had a ramp installed to assist a disabled family member to enter and leave the house in her wheel chair or walker. We contacted Amramp. Their service was great! No problems at all. Quick work and a sturdy product. We've been using the ramp for about a month now and have no regrets.
