Luke was really easy to work with. He answered all my questions. The install crew was on time, went to work right away, took care not to damage my garden or put the ramp where the supports would damage our yard. They even put down plastic so that grass would not grow where the ramp ended because the ramp was too close to the ground to keep the grass low. They cleaned up the site. The ramp is very sturdy. We are very happy with this ramp.
I couldn't believe how easy the whole process was to get my ramp estimated and installed. It only took a couple of days from the time I called to get my ramp. I am so happy I can get out of the house now!

Luke Dubiel and his team worked with me and my family from the minute we spoke. He took his time and explained the product and what would be the best solution for our situation. They worked with us on delivery, pricing and care of the product. The installation only took a few hours to complete and it is very safe. They cleaned up the site when they were done and are there to help answer any questions post installation. I would recommend Amramp to anyone interested in installing a ramp system.

I cannot praise Bob and his company, Amramp, enough! I was desperate for service on my chairlift as I am having surgery this week and am a wheelchair user. Without my chairlift, I wouldn’t be able to recover in my own home/ in my own bed, etc. Another company had previously come out and told me I needed a major part. and I would be without my chairlift for over 2 weeks. Bob came out today and had my chairlift fixed within minutes! He saved us a lot of money, but even more, he saved me from the major stress I was having due to the situation. We had such an exceptional experience with Amramp! It was extremely easy to set up an estimate appointment for a ramp that goes from my parents front door, down their sidewalk and to the driveway. The associate providing the estimate (Luke Dubiel), was friendly, professional, and had answers for every question we asked. (We also got an estimate from another company, but their representative was very "shifty" and did not answer questions.) We decided to go with Amramp due to our initial and follow-up conversations with Luke, and the apparent quality of the ramp material. One week, to the DAY after our estimate appointment, the ramp was installed and fully functional! The installers were very informative and were timely, efficient, and had attention to every detail! Clean, efficient, and informative! The installers spent time after the installation to review do's and don'ts with the ramp, they were honest with every detail! I am incredibly pleased on the ease and outcome of this install with Amramp! THIS is the company to deal with! OUTSTANDING!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

A few years ago I was researching stair lifts for my elderly mother, and thank fully after this research I was able to meet with Bob. His approach is one of compassion, experience, and from my point of view a true expert. Bob takes the time to listen, allowed me to ask any and all questions, with the utmost perfect attention to detail to meet the customers needs. Fast forward to August 2, 2024 I reached out to Bob for a wheelchair accessible ramp, and just as I had experienced earlier, Bob was right there for me when I needed a quick turn around for the installation of a wheelchair ramp. Within days Bob from amramp was there, installed the ramp and truly made it possible for my elderly mother to return to her home.
