A ramp was put in for my dad through the VA with this company. They came out and measured and created the perfect ramp for my dad to be taking to Appointments and brought back home. It was perfect for EMS at times when they needed to come as well. I will be contacting them to now remove the ramp for we no longer need it it. I know that their service will be just as good taking it down as it was putting it up. I highly recommend this company.

The guys were very professional, very friendly, very neat and installed with snow on the ground in only 2 hours. They even put a rubber mat on both sides of the door, inside and out for easy mobile crossing. We highly recommend this company for your needs. Again this was 100 percent free thur the VA. Nicky and Jeff were wonderful to work with for quick installation of our ramp. When I got word that my discharge date was moved up, they made sure everything was in place earlier to ensure a smooth transition to home.

My father had spent months in rehab since an accident in July of 2023. The rehab center scheduled for his release with very little notice to myself and I had a problem. How would I get my father into his house when I brought him home? I called Amramp East TN and Jeff came out and measured and made a plan to get the ramp installed along with some grab bars inside. Jeff and a helper came out and installed everything just in time for my father to come home. I really cannot believe all they were able to accomplish in such a short time. They did great work and the product/installation are exceptional. Also, Nikki was very kind and helpful. Great folks!
Used this company and we are 100% satisfied!!! Installed in a timely manner with awesome personnel!! This ramp was more economical than a wooden ramp and most importantly: low maintenance!!! Also do not have to worry about weather issues (ice, etc)!

We heard about Amramp from the social worker at our neurologist office. We had received an estimate from another company that sold us a power chair. We wanted a wood landing and ramp rather than metal. Dave Taylor gave us an estimate and told us when they could install. I called him back and he gave us the date of installation. Dave actually helped us clear items from our garage to make room for the installers to do their work. The two men who did the installation were very professional, polite and nice. They did a great job and did not leave a mess. Dave returned at the end of the day and again helped me place the heavier items back in the garage. My husband tried the ramp and was happy with it. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing mobility equipment.
