Amramp East TN

My father had spent months in rehab since an accident in July of 2023. The rehab center scheduled for his release with very little notice to myself and I had a problem. How would I get my father into his house when I brought him home? I called Amramp East TN and Jeff came out and measured and made a plan to get the ramp installed along with some grab bars inside. Jeff and a helper came out and installed everything just in time for my father to come home. I really cannot believe all they were able to accomplish in such a short time. They did great work and the product/installation are exceptional. Also, Nikki was very kind and helpful. Great folks!

In 2007 we had to have a ramp for a graduation. This company was efficient, people friendly, and overall great to work with.

These guys were terrific!. My husband is a disabled vet and unfortunately the VA backlog was so long that we finally gave up. These guys really did a great job and installed a ramp on short notice. Went the extra mile to make things easy. Allowed my husband to come home again. Well done Dave. I would definitely recommend them

The ramp really is 1st class. It has all the safety features that I could have hoped for. Arrival of the two installers for 4 minutes of the predicted time. VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Have had a number of friends comment on the security and safety and we haven't even started using it.

Used this company and we are 100% satisfied!!! Installed in a timely manner with awesome personnel!! This ramp was more economical than a wooden ramp and most importantly: low maintenance!!! Also do not have to worry about weather issues (ice, etc)!

We had such a great experience using Amramp! Jeffrey and Nikki were so professional and personable! The ramp was very nice, sturdy and safe. They communicated well and Made our Thanksgiving wonderful by getting it put in before my Dad got here! We will use them again!

My mother and I are taking care of my father, who is terminally ill, and we were struggling to get him to his appointments in his wheelchair. My mother called Amramp and talked to Nikki, who was very kind and helpful. Jeffrey called and said he could put a temporary ramp up on Wednesday, but my dad had an appointment on Tuesday, so my mother asked if he could work us in. Jeffrey said he would load his truck and be there at 7 o’clock Tuesday morning and the ramp would be finished before dad’s appointment at noon. He was true to his word. He and Josh were there by 7, they did a fantastic job installing the temporary ramp, and my mother and I were overwhelmed by their kindness and compassion. Those two were our guardian angels that day, and we are eternally grateful for them both.

We needed a ramp quickly and these folks got it done. They kept open communication during the install so everyone was agreeable with layout. The ramp is very nice, sturdy, and love the fact the rails don't get so hot that you can't touch them. It also looks nice and had one person tell me that is the nicest ramp he has ever seen 👍. I would highly recommend Amramp Eastern Tennessee great people to do business with.

We heard about Amramp from the social worker at our neurologist office. We had received an estimate from another company that sold us a power chair. We wanted a wood landing and ramp rather than metal. Dave Taylor gave us an estimate and told us when they could install. I called him back and he gave us the date of installation. Dave actually helped us clear items from our garage to make room for the installers to do their work. The two men who did the installation were very professional, polite and nice. They did a great job and did not leave a mess. Dave returned at the end of the day and again helped me place the heavier items back in the garage. My husband tried the ramp and was happy with it. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing mobility equipment.

Very professional presentation and installation. They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation of 2 units in one day, even though this was the first time to install the Model 1100.

Amramp did an excellent job installing a wheelchair ramp for me after my wife broke her leg. I had been informed by NHC that I had to move her back home or pay their exorbitant per day charge as Humana would not cover any more days. I could not get her up the 7 steps into our home without a ramp. Amramp installed a sturdy steel ramp on short notice and did an thorough and professional job designing and building the ramp and renting it to me for the time we needed it. I highly recommend them.

We are new to the need for a ramp and checked a few places for opinions. When Jeff came out to measure and show us the amramp option we knew immediately that this was the way we wanted to go. The service was excellent and the product had many advantages. The mesh will not be slick with rain and if it happens to snow it will melt off quickly with the black steel. Their installation was scheduled quickly and went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier!

The steel mesh seemed like the best with weather conditions….not being slick in rain and snow melting off quickly, and sturdy for a feeling of security.
