Great customer service, very responsive. Made an appointment within two days after initial call. Wast provided a detailed drawing in two days. Just wonderful people to work with. Highly recommend Amramp in Hampton Roads. Andrew and his staff without a doubt know how to do customer service right.

I wanted to recognize that Andrew Klear took it upon himself to help a “NON CUSTOMER “ A disabled lady ( Benita Hercules), who lost her only accessible way in and out of her home. He saw the story on the news. Ok. Not his responsibility right? Dead wrong, Andrew stepped up as if he were a super hero!! He built a very nice strong temporary ramp for Benita Hercules until the original company comes back in a couple months to re install the large permanent model. PEOPLE LIKE ANDREW MAKE OUR WORLD A BETTER PLACE TO BE!! THANK YOU ANDREW FOR BEING SO ENGAGED and Stepping Up Like the HERO You Truly Are!! ALL ROCK STARS DO NOT NECESSARILY PLAY MUSIC!! The AmRamp staff was great! The was installed all the adjustments were made safely to fit my front door….. staff cleaned up and I was left with a wonderful ramp.

A company that delivers like they say they will. The need for a W/C ramp can come up with very short notice. This does not faze Amramp Hampton Roads. They came out the day after I called them, had a drawing and invoice in 4 days (only because of the Memorial Day holiday). The 32' hairpin-turn ramp was installed in spite of the threat of rain less than a week after their first visit.

Andrew Klear did an excellent job installing a ramp at my brother's home. He came to the house, took measurements, sent us the estimate and had the ramp in place all within a week. The ramp is sturdy and secure and so much safer for my brother than navigating the brick steps. It was a real pleasure to work with Andrew who clearly cares about his work and the people that he is helping. I highly recommend Amramp Hampton Roads.

A solid ramp, professional installation.

When we needed a ramp installed quickly I spent hours on websites and phone calls, until I talked to Andrew. Two days later a a very nice ramp was installed, at a fair price. Andrew and Romi are not only professional and efficient, they are also caring and wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend Amramp Hampton Roads highly enough!
