It was somewhat urgent. Using phone, I was able to explain urgency. Amramp had a perfect, sturdy ramp in place in 4.5 days. Updates and photos and billing all digital – it was fabulous.

We are very happy with our selection of Amramp as our wheelchair ramp source. This company is clearly customer driven, and the entire experience from initial contact to installation was first rate. The product is superior in appearance to pressure treated lumber and competitively priced. After weeks of frustration trying to schedule a qualified contractor to build two ramps in a reasonable time frame we discovered Amramp. A site visit and firm quote happened just days after contacting the company, and an installation date was scheduled one day after we agreed to purchase. The turnaround from first contact to installation was amazing!

While I hope my husband will recover such that we won’t need this ramp permanently, but it’s comforting knowing we can purchase it if we do need to keep it. This could have been very stressful but this is a truly delightful and professional company.
