Owners of Amramp Pittsburgh, Jeff and Sheila, previously owned a home inspection business, but their perspective on accessibility changed dramatically when their brother-in-law was critically injured in a mining accident. They witnessed firsthand the profound impact that his Amramp Accessibility ramp had on his daily life and mobility.
Their commitment to accessibility deepened further when Jeff’s mother-in-law suffered a stroke, resulting in the loss of her ability to walk and the use of one arm. Additionally, their eldest daughter was born with Cerebral Palsy, bringing home the urgent need for accessibility services. These personal experiences have driven Jeff and Sheila to advocate for and provide solutions that enhance mobility and independence for those facing similar challenges.
