Brian and Leanne are passionate about helping others, and they find their work with Amramp to be both fulfilling and well-suited to their skills.
Before joining Amramp, Brian worked as a machinist, tool maker, and mechanical designer for a company that specialized in vehicle wheelchair lifts. When he moved to Vermont, he found himself involuntarily retired due to a lack of suitable job opportunities. This prompted both him and Leanne to seek a viable business to purchase.
Amramp proved to be an excellent fit for their backgrounds, especially given the significant demand for accessibility solutions in their area. Initially, they were hesitant about buying a franchise, as their previous experience with franchising had been negative, with concerns about liability, constraints, and profit margins. However, after thorough research, they found that Amramp offered the flexibility and support they were looking for. Now, eight years later, they are thrilled with their decision and appreciate the partnership they have developed with Amramp.
