When the time came that we no longer needed the ramp they gave us the option of trying to sell it ourselves for $$$ OR they would come to the house, hand us a check for just about what we could sell it for ourselves and haul the ramp off. Everything about them has been first class. And they consistently responded in a very timely manner.
