Amramp Accessibility of Long Island

My mom needed a ramp to safely get in and out of the house after some leg issues. My parents have the strangest set up where they used to have a step down and up into the house and it was dangerous for her. Getting a standard ramp was really not an option because of the limited space. These guys custom-made a ramp that works perfectly in the space, very sturdy, and I cannot stress how flexible they were with this challenging project. I could not recommend them enough. They answered all of my questions and concerns and provide provided a lot of communication. I also believed they were very well priced. You will not regret having them assist with installing a ramp at your residence. Thank you guys for everything!

I called Craig and within four hours he has measured, given a quote and I had the ramp installed. Couldn’t ask for better/kinder service!

I sent Craig a photo and measurement of the steps and had an estimate that afternoon. Brian came the next day to install the ramp. Very happy with the ramp and service.I thought there might be a problem installing it because the walkway is diagonal to the stairs,but there wasn’t.

I purchased a ramp for my Dad a number of years ago it came out great for my Dad but just recently I needed the ramp moved to my home and they were terrific. I have been in touch with Frank about getting an accessibility ramp for my parents' house. Immediately I was treated with compassion and understanding and he truly listened to my needs and concerns. My father is a bull, he is very prideful and is not willing to accept the need for a permanent solution to his disability. Frank immediately understood. Although he would be able to make more money on me by installing and uninstalling the ramp in 4 months for the rental, he guided me towards buying it, as it would be cost prohibitive to rent with the installation and removal. I am forever grateful for his candid and fair evaluation of my situation qnd3 look forward to working with him and this company when i get my father to put his safety over his stubborn pride :)

Amramp made one of the worst moments of my life a little easier. They were compassionate and sympathetic and just great people. I needed a ramp installed to get my terminal husband home from the hospital. They came the same day to measure and were there installing the ramp the next day. When the month rental was up they actually called to see if I still needed it instead of just continuing to collect money until I called them to remove it.
