Dennis and I found ourselves in need of a handicap ramp all of a sudden. Both landed in the hospital. Neither he nor I can do steps now. We had to find options fast so we could get back in the house. We found AmRamp through a web search and sent an email. The very next day we had a call from an amazing rep Kaden who said he could be out the following day to measure and give a quote. We are in the middle of nowhere so I was already pleased. He sent us a quote along with financing options that were so easy to review and choose. Financing was instantly approved and I phoned Kaden to accept. Lead time is fast at 2-4 days, but Kaden cared about the unique situation we were in and he and the AmRamp team worked a miracle to get it installed the very NEXT day! Installation took just an hour. By this time we were home, one from cardiac surgery the other from knee replacement and our kids had to carry us into the house, so when I could stand and opened the door I found this sturdy, tasteful, fully ADA compliant ramp that looked like it took a whole day to install. These guys are fast, thorough, and amazing. We can even take our mobility scooter in and out via this ramp.
Dean just called me today to check in and that was an additional surprise. I love these folks and will return to them for any additional needs we have. Thank you SO very much. We are beyond grateful.

They came diagnose the problem and fixed it and it’s working fine in and out very quick polite very good people to deal with Brian and Kayden were very good technicians

We got this for my Father-in-law after he was involved in a car accident. I called on a Monday, they said they had an opening for the coming Friday. I detailed what I needed, sending them pictures and dimensions. They diagrammed everything up, sent it to me with estimated time and cost. I confirmed my intent, we got scheduled for that opening. They came, got it installed that Friday morning, we brought my father-in-law home that afternoon and rolled him up a beautiful ramp into the house.

AmRamps was the first place I called to install a ramp for my Granny who just broke her hip. Jon came out to her house the next day and gave me different options for a ramp. They kept me updated through the process and got it installed very quickly for us. It is very sturdy and I think it will serve it’s purpose.
