Amramp provided excellent service and was extremely flexible and helpful in planning for our ramp needs. We discussed possible options that would work in our particular setting and reviewed drawings before making final decisions about placement of the ramp. Services and installation were timely.

Recently had a huge pleasure in getting amramp to get our grandfather, a veteran, set up with a ramp at his home. These guys were absolutely incredible, made us feel heard and did an incredible job, in just a few short hours at that. The communication was above all else. I can't thank you guys enough! Thank you times a million.

Amramp is a reputable and professional business. Bob Danek knows his product and what is the best fit for the situation. Very friendly, dependable and willing to accommodate his customers. He came to the property on a Sunday to map out a ramp for my 96 year old father and had it installed by the following Friday. His crew is professional and erected the ramp in an speedy and organized fashion including education regarding using and caring for the ramp. I would definitely recommend Amramp to anyone in need of a ramp. It looks nice, is safe and sturdy, and it will be a great help in getting my dad in and out of the house. Anybody reading this review probably finds themselves in the same place I did when my father unexpectedly had a stroke and needed a wheelchair ramp overnight. Brian from ramp came out immediately and made numerous precise measurements using sophisticated equipment to ensure an absolutely perfect installation of a ramp that my parents said, “ That’s the best looking wheelchair ramp we’ve ever seen, it looks like it blends into the house. We just didn’t want it to be an eyesore for our neighbors. And it truly looked amazing and worked perfectly in every respect!” Brian‘s craftsmanship, caring and sensitive attitude and hard work were above and beyond anything we could’ve expected. If you look at my reviews in the past, I have only given a few reviews, I never waste my time giving a negative review because so many people say such trivial things in an attempt to harm a business, when in fact, they were often the problem themselves. But when I find a company that I can truly stand behind and praise, I’ll do something like this. Don’t even hesitate, just call them and be satisfied. sadly, my dad passed away about six months later. Brian came right out and removed the ramp, despite a snowstorm. What does that tell you?

My father had spent months in rehab since an accident in July of 2023. The rehab center scheduled for his release with very little notice to myself and I had a problem. How would I get my father into his house when I brought him home? I called Amramp East TN and Jeff came out and measured and made a plan to get the ramp installed along with some grab bars inside. Jeff and a helper came out and installed everything just in time for my father to come home. I really cannot believe all they were able to accomplish in such a short time. They did great work and the product/installation are exceptional. Also, Nikki was very kind and helpful. Great folks!

I must say Amramp gave us back our lives!!! Dave set up our beautiful front ramp and now we are able to get our mail once again in a safely way like we used to. We only needed this ramp for a few months, but the ramp was perfect. It was extremely well put together and of high quality, The ramp looked brand new from the moment of install until they took it away. It was solid as a rock, with zero movement or noise. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Brad was so kind, efficient, pleasant, and easy to work with. His installer, I think his name was Bill, was equally lovely to work with. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive. If you need a ramp, this is your company!

Brad and his team were fantastic. They came out and measured my ramp while I was still in rehab, consulting with my kids along the way. Installation, delivery and pickup were all done with good communication, on time and with a quality product. I would highly recommend their services!!

Excellent, caring, prompt service from beginning to end.

great customer service over the phone and the guys who come to install and remove. These guys are quick and pleasant to deal with. The ramp works great for our needs. One issue is the time to wait for service at the location. Day of Installation, time frame was 8:30 to 12, they arrived at 11:30. The location is a church where someone has to stay and wait for service. No one lives there. Day of removal, and due to another customer, I did have to wait an extra 1.5 hours for my service and I had to contact customer service about why the delay after waiting the first 2 hours. Time frame was 12 to 2 and the guys arrived at 3:30 pm.

Came through for me when I needed a ramp on short order. Very professional.
