This company is very efficient. We needed the ramp and it was up in 24 hours….. we extended our orders final time and they worked with us. When we were ready for the ramp to be taken down they arrived within two days and did not charge us for those two days…..a great company!

Tony Rainwater came out a couple months ago and we walked around the house, looking at the front and back doors. We decided on a ramp for the front door. He got the okay from the VA about 1-2 months later.
These two young men drove four hours to come and install this ramp for me. This is through the VA. The VA got this one RIGHT! These young men are bright intelligent and very knowledgeable and motivated to do a fantastic job. Took them less than two hours to complete the job. They answered every question I had and explained upkeep & maintenance procedures.
I would highly recommend this crew to anyone!

Great customer service. When I called I got the exact info I needed to make a good decision. I had a short window of time before my son came home following a car accident. Tony worked with me to get the measurements he needed. He explained that we could rent or buy or rent and then if we decided to buy the ramp we could do that. We were able to set an install date within the time constraints I was working with.

AMRamp Company was recommended to me by another satisfied customer. My old wheelchair ramp was of wood and was beginning to rot as it was over 25 years old. When Tony arrived to measure for an estimate. I found him very experienced and knowledgeable. He demonstrated NONE of the condescending attitude I have often encountered in my 50 years of using a wheelchair. Tony first asked about my needs and preferences. Then gave me several options for ramp layout. He was prompt in scheduling my installation once I approved the design and estimate. He completed the installation in under 2 hours, clearly explained the restrictions on weight and de-icing products to be used in winter, and hauled off my old ramp. I and all my friends are very pleased with the new ramp. Now, all I need is for my little dog to get used to walking on the new surface when we go out for our daily walk!

Knowing the quality of product and customer service I knew who to reach out to for mobility ramp for my mother and father. I received immediate response to my query about service for area of Missouri where my parents live. Within days arrangements were made for installation of ramp designed for my parents' house. The ramp was installed to everyone's satisfaction in timely manner with exceptional customer service. I will refer Amramp to friends, family, anyone with need for mobility ramp(s) and will be my first choice if and when I require the service again.
