Amramp has created an exciting program that allows people to refer new customers to purchase from Amramp, benefiting both parties. The individuals making the referrals are eligible for gift cards as a thank you and are hereby called “Ambassadors.” The individuals referred to receive an Amramp product, along with a product discount, are hereby called “New Customers.” By participating in the referral program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   This referral offer is valid only at participating locations. The program is open to eligible individuals who are legal residents of the United States or Canada and are at least 18 years of age. 

2. Referral Reward
   Ambassadors will receive a $50 gift card, and the New Customers will receive $50 off their purchase once the New Customer completes a qualifying purchase and has paid in full. A qualifying purchase is defined solely at the discretion of the participating location and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other criteria.

3. Reward Conditions & Limitations

   • Limit one (1) referral reward per New Customer referred.

   • The offer is valid on future transactions only and cannot be applied retroactively.

   • Ambassadors can refer unlimited New Customers to participating Amramp locations

   • The New Customer must provide the email of the Ambassador no later than the time of their evaluation to qualify for the reward.

4. Reward Delivery
   Gift cards will be delivered via email to the email addresses provided during the referral process within 2 to 4 weeks of payment confirmation for the qualifying purchase.

5. Non-Transferable and No Cash Value
   Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted.

6. Offer Changes and Termination
   This referral offer is subject to change or termination at any time, without prior notice, at the discretion of the program sponsor or participating locations.

7. Additional Restrictions
   Other restrictions may apply. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity in connection with the referral program may result in disqualification from participation.

By participating in this referral program, both the Ambassador and New Customer acknowledge they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
