By participating in the referral program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   This referral offer is valid only at participating locations. The program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or Canada and are at least 18 years of age. Referrer must be verified as a previous customer of Amramp Accessibility. 

2. Referral Reward
   Both the referrer will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and the referred customer will receive $50 off their purchase once the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase and has paid in full. A qualifying purchase is defined solely at the discretion of the participating location and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other criteria.

3. Reward Conditions & Limitations

   • Limit one (1) referral reward per new customer referred.

   • Only the first referrer associated with a new customer will be eligible for the reward, which is determined by the referred customer record.

   • The offer is valid on future transactions only and cannot be applied retroactively.

   • The referred customer must provide the email of who referred them no later than the time of their evaluation to qualify for the reward.

4. Reward Delivery
   Gift cards will be delivered via email to the email addresses provided during the referral process within 2 to 4 weeks of payment confirmation for the qualifying purchase.

5. Non-Transferable and No Cash Value
   Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted.

6. Offer Changes and Termination
   This referral offer is subject to change or termination at any time, without prior notice, at the discretion of the program sponsor or participating locations.

7. Additional Restrictions
   Other restrictions may apply. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity in connection with the referral program may result in disqualification from participation.
