Seneca, PA Stolen Wheelchair Ramp Story

A wheelchair ramp was stolen from a woman in Seneca, PA. Bill Kingsley and Desi Smathers from Amramp donated a wheelchair ramp to her. The woman is very grateful and can now use her new wheelchair ramp to get out of the house.
