The ramp is so sturdy and Bill was so accommodating! My husband was coming home from rehab and I only had a couple of days to get something in place and Bill made it happen!

The ramp has two rails, and fits my walker with room to spare. I feel the grip when descending or ascending is perfect. Having the ability to safely leave the house when I want is such a good feeling.
Two year update: the ramp has held up great. No rust, no chips in the paint and no sagging. It has been excellent during the winter needing a quick broom to stay clear. The ramps rop and bottom ramp have also held up great. The threshold mini ramp makes that obstacle a non issue. This has been the best purchase I have made to make my life easier.

Bill came out the very next day to assess our property, offer suggestions and make recommendations on our not so ADA accessible older home. He also offered a lot of cost saving ideas for DME devices to assist my mom to stay in her home and be as independent as possible for as long as she can. I would definitely recommend Bill & team. They are prompt knowledgeable and genuinely want to help their customers/clients. He even brought a piece of equipment for us to try before buying to see if it was helpful. I will definitely call him first for any needs of this type.
