The customer service and work for our ramp was great from beginning to end. The ramp and the work installing and removing it was top notch and when I called about something they were prompt and answered my questions well.

I am so happy that I had Amramp of St Louis install my son’s wheelchair ramp! They received the money on Friday afternoon and on Monday my ramp was installed! Every one at the company was kind, polite and professional. The technician showed me how to transfer my son on and off the ramp and how to care for it. The agency who provided the funding for the wheelchair ramp said they are going to refer their clients to Amramp of St Louis as well.

We never had to complain to STL Amramp the whole time we were paying to rent the ramp. If we did have a problem we called and they came out right away to fix it. If it wasn't the same day, it was the next day or so. Good company to do your work.

We asked Amramp to install a ramp for an event for a non-profit organization in St. Louis. They were wonderful to work with, kept us informed and did a remarkable job. We were very happy and will call them again when we need another ramp to be installed.

Just as promised, they came out and installed a quality ramp. When no longer needed they quickly came back out and removed it Very attentive to our needs and couldn’t appreciate them more Highly Recommend.

Fantastic all around experience. We didn't get much advance notice about my wife's release from rehab, so needed to get a ramp installed asap.They were very pleasant on the phone, would come out quickly, and were very reasonably priced. The product is great and the setup was fast for our 20+ foot ramp. On the back end, when my wife was cleared of the neccessity to use a wheelchair or walker, they came out a few days later and removed the ramp. I have never had a more 5-star experience. Thanks to Brian and the team.

Brian with Amramp was prompt, professional and very empathetic as we brought my dad home from the rehab hospital following his brain cancer diagnosis. Brian evaluated my dad’s home and found the best option for the ramp and it was installed within days of my initial inquiry. The ramp was good quality and there was no damage to the home, existing stairs or patio when it was removed. It was probably the easiest, fastest modification we made to the home for dad’s return. I would highly recommend Amramp and Brian.

Game changer. Left message with several companies and Brian only one to call me back. We talked about several options and decided to go into garage. He got it in within a week because he knew my husband was getting out of rehab. Friendly, helpful and fast service. I say 1000 percent go with them!
