Amramp’s representatives are factory-trained accessibility specialists in ramp design and installation. Fast and friendly service is a vital part of how we do business. We will provide a free evaluation and consultation to determine what ramp is best for your site’s needs. During this time, we will measure your property, show you pictures of buildings with similar features and ramp solutions, and we can answer any questions you may have about our products. Our next step is to provide you with a CAD drawing of exactly what your ramp will look like and a definitive price quote for your new ramp system.
We take great care in making sure that our ramp is designed correctly before any work has begun at your building site. In order to explain how we measure for a ramp in greater detail, we have included the diagram here, which outlines our process in three simple steps.
How to measure for ramp
Three simple steps are required to determine your ramp length.
- STEP 1: Determine the complete height from the start to the end
- STEP 2: Add all the measurements of height 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 in this example
- STEP 3: Add all the measurements of length 2, 4, 6 and 8 to the “start point”. If 8 drops between 7 and the start point, please advise 9.
Note: Be sure you have room for the ramp length required.
