My mother and I are taking care of my father, who is terminally ill, and we were struggling to get him to his appointments in his wheelchair. My mother called Amramp and talked to Nikki, who was very kind and helpful. Jeffrey called and said he could put a temporary ramp up on Wednesday, but my dad had an appointment on Tuesday, so my mother asked if he could work us in. Jeffrey said he would load his truck and be there at 7 o’clock Tuesday morning and the ramp would be finished before dad’s appointment at noon. He was true to his word. He and Josh were there by 7, they did a fantastic job installing the temporary ramp, and my mother and I were overwhelmed by their kindness and compassion. Those two were our guardian angels that day, and we are eternally grateful for them both.
