Times have changed and, unfortunately, not for the better. When needs arise that require having to shell out some hard earned cash, making choices can be a time consuming, aggravating, and many times an insanely disappointing experience. Or, perhaps, it’s simply a gamble. Time and time again, it usually involves fifty tedious phone calls, hair loss, and trading a first-born. I’ve had two experiences with Amramp and both of them were 100% spot-on! Right from the get-go, speaking with a live, knowledgeable human being brought back memories of days gone by. Brian made the process easy and simple with zero heavy lifting. He actually listened and understood our needs without me having to repeat it six or more times. Has anyone had to deal with Comcast lately?! He explained the process, clearly articulating what to expect, then delivered on it. Imagine that!!

As for the installation, the crew arrived when scheduled, quickly completed the task without any adverse impact on quality, and left the place in the same condition they found it. Really, what more could any one ask for?!

The billing piece was equally well done, totally pain free, and actually a pleasant affair. Leanne was a delight to speak with, professional yet friendly, and again, A.Real.Human.Being. She took the time to ensure I understood what needed understanding. Very, very nice!

Our family is very pleased the the final product, as well as the experience all together.
