Max was prompt, thorough, thoughtful, honest and empathetic about my situation. It turns out my backyard layout isn't actually a good fit for a ramp and we're going to need to try something else but I really appreciated Max being honest with me and helping to find the best solution even though I didn't end up being in need of his services. I was very impressed. I hope I don't need him in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate.
