Second, they knew that my situation was a rush and that every day counted and they did their best to make sure it was installed timely. The installation person made certain that the lift ran smoothly and gave me time to practice with it before leaving for the night. He also made sure that every place on the stairs that was close to preventing smooth operation was carefully tacked down and that even in our very small staircase, there was still room for someone to walk the stairs.
