great customer service over the phone and the guys who come to install and remove. These guys are quick and pleasant to deal with. The ramp works great for our needs. One issue is the time to wait for service at the location. Day of Installation, time frame was 8:30 to 12, they arrived at 11:30. The location is a church where someone has to stay and wait for service. No one lives there. Day of removal, and due to another customer, I did have to wait an extra 1.5 hours for my service and I had to contact customer service about why the delay after waiting the first 2 hours. Time frame was 12 to 2 and the guys arrived at 3:30 pm.
