Mr. Clark was very sympathetic, incredibly quick to respond, and went above and beyond to draft up an accurate quote, create and share the design, and actually build the ramp. The process from first contacting him to getting the ramp installed took only around 36 hours! He was available day and night by phone and email, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, his pricing was better than a wooden structure. His messaging regarding the rental set up cost and monthly fee was extremely clear. We are very thankful for Mr. Clark! Would 100% recommend.
