I can’t say enough good things regarding our experience with Greg Lazzaroni and his Amramp team. Incredible customer service, great product and strong follow up made our experience totally positive at every step. In advance of my wife’s hospital discharge in February we needed a ramp with extremely short notice—and then it snowed—resulting in a foot of snow and ice on the ground and temperatures in the 20’s. Yet Greg’s team still came and spent an entire day installing the ramp in the frigid cold so that my wife’s discharge could proceed successfully. Greg was there and personally involved at every step—from putting together an estimate to getting paperwork to us quickly to installation and then follow-up to make sure we were satisfied and everything was the way we wanted it. That personal contact and the fact that he obviously cared about our needs made all the difference. The ramp itself is great and we’ve received a great deal of positive feedback from the stretcher transport people who bring my wife to and from appointments. I recommend Greg and Amramp without reservation—they’re great!
