We were referred to AmpRamp through the VA. I was not there when David (Tooele service area) attached my dad’s scooter lift to my mom’s Jeep. I went to try to use it and could not get the key to work. I called the number I had, he answered right away and was willing to drive all the way back out to try to fix the mechanical error. Turns out it was operator error- not equipment error (I was using the wrong key). But the fact he answered so quickly, and was willing to come all the way back to Tooele to make sure we could get it working my very nice, and good business practice.
He did a great job with his installation on the Jeep as well! Highly recommend them for services.
