Every step of this ramp installation has been flawless. David kept us informed and sent us the ramp sketch and dimensions in record time. He called regularly to check on the progress as we had to obtain approval from the mobile home park. After it was approved, CJ and Malik did the installation in a day. They were precise and professional. Amanda called today to let us know that someone would be out to take another look at the ramp. Every single person at Amp Ramp has been nice to talk to and informative. My son has struggled up and down his steps carrying his own walker for a long time and now he doesn’t have to do that anymore. He loves his new ramp. If you are considering a ramp, I highly recommend this company. Their work and their commitment to customer service is top notch.
