He promptly responded after our initial inquiry about a ramp (other companies took days or didn’t even call back). He accommodated our schedule between hospitals and doctors’ appointments for a meeting to determine the best solution for us. When it came time to install the ramp, he and his team showed up when scheduled (with text updates on their ETA), worked efficiently, and completed the ramp build on the quoted time. Quinton offered to reconfigure the ramp if needed when the car and wheelchair were actually used in the spots that were planned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Quinton and Amramp.
