Melanie at the office of my Amramp kept me informed of appointments, including what I could expect to be done. She quoted a price estimate, and that was exactly what I ended up paying – no hidden or surprise fees. She was so easy to work with. Employees arrived on time for each appointment, and were friendly, informative, and respectful of the premises. My chairlift (to the basement) was installed in less than 2 hours. Before leaving, the installers made sure that I knew every detail, from how to use it, to how to handle a malfunction. Of course I even took a test ride! I am grateful that I entrusted this service to such a reliable company.

The two gentlemen who arrived to install a ramp and a shower bar were knowledgeable, courteous, and quite efficient. The installation took less than 45 minutes.

If you need an accessibility product this is the company to go to. We had contacted three other companies, two never returned my call and one that tried to sell us on many other products that we did not need. Amramp New Jersey evaluated my parent's home, explained how a ramp works from an ADA perspective, walked us through the layout and then sent us a proposal, a picture of the layout and installed the ramp all within a two day period. My parents now have a safe way of entering and exiting their home. Thank you Amramp New Jersey for all your help your staff were all amazing. We will make sure to refer you to all of our friends as well.
