great customer service over the phone and the guys who come to install and remove. These guys are quick and pleasant to deal with. The ramp works great for our needs. One issue is the time to wait for service at the location. Day of Installation, time frame was 8:30 to 12, they arrived at 11:30. The location is a church where someone has to stay and wait for service. No one lives there. Day of removal, and due to another customer, I did have to wait an extra 1.5 hours for my service and I had to contact customer service about why the delay after waiting the first 2 hours. Time frame was 12 to 2 and the guys arrived at 3:30 pm.

Amramp was very easy to work with from the office staff to the technicians in the field. They communicated every step of the process and were able to design and build a sturdy ramp. They are professional and punctual and I highly recommend!

Great all-around service. Very pleasant, empathetic and efficient from start to end. They were able to get a ramp installed in no time so my husband could go home from the hospital. The ramp is very sturdy and supports the weight of the electric wheelchair with no problems. Can't say enough good things about everyone I talked to at Amramp.

Got a chance to see their showroom today, and WOW are there a lot of options for home modifications! From permanent and temporary ramps and stair lifts to personalized lift chairs and mobile showers, the team was knowledgeable and kind in showing me the options they provide. Will definitely use in the future when I need home modifications for my friends or family.

The 2 men Brian and John that installed my gliding stair chairs did a stellar job. They were courteous and polite. They helped me practice using them with patience. I would recommend them to anyone interested. They were awesome!

Exactly what I wanted!

Three companies were suggested by my loved one's Physical Therapist. Amramp called me back immediately after my initial inquiry. As for the others, one never offered to come out, and the other contacted me two weeks later. Amramp promptly sent Tim, who was wonderful. He explained everything to me and understood my concern that I did not want the chair near my newly painted walls. He also carefully explained where and how the chair lift goes into the step and not the wall and how removal would not leave a visible mark of any significance on my carpeted stairs. I wanted the chair installed right away because my loved one was sleeping on a pull out bed downstairs and couldn't climb the stairs. Tim and Anthony came over within days to install the chair. They were both neat and skillful and the installation was done within two hours. Everyone was professional and easy to deal with. I cannot think why anyone would go to any other company. The chair is quiet and easy for anyone to operate. Highest recommendation.

Everything went smoothly with the installation. I added bright orange duct tape to the raised edges on both sides to make the ramp edges more visible in the dark garage.

Tim was the best. I couldn't believe how fast & thorough he was. The safety bars were installed perfectly, he explained why the cover was a little loose. Definitely recommend. Hope Amramp is treating him good. good workers are hard to find. Maggie
