When in a serious situation you are not able to get the job done by yourself. Amramp was suggested to us by the acute rehab team.
I called them and others on the list. It was only Amramp who actually responded immediately with more information than in their brochure, rather than “we’ll get back to you” suppliers of mobility equipment.
From the initial phone call to the tech arriving on time at the house to review and suggest options the customer experience was simple and perfectly coordinated.
Then came the install team who arrived on time and immediately installed a chair lift on the steps to the garage as well as grab bars where needed.
So, there’s no need to shop around in a stressful situation where action is needed. This company is the best. Period.

I contacted Dave and he came out to my house to size up our situation the same day. After a little head scratching and figuring he came up with a plan. The actual installation seemed very simple for him; clearly the plan was well thought through. Our house has a weird little landing but he had a part that looks like it was made just for it. When my daughter and I walked for the first time with Runway Angels we were so nervous! Once we stepped on the ramp and proceeded up to the stage all nervousness went away. For me when I felt how secure and how easy and comfortable the ramp was my fear of falling immediately disappeared. Very well put together height and size.

I needed to get a ramp installed on short notice for my mother-in-law who is on hospice. I called a couple of places and explained the urgency and things were simply taking too long. I called Amramp Accessibility and spoke to Kyle. After explaining the situation and sending a photo and measurements, a couple of hours later, I had a quote. He even offered to do an after-hours, same day installation. I opted for first thing today. Kyle and Kaden arrived promptly and did a flawless installation.
