Alex Modric, George Modric, and Tiy Dyer are the family team behind Amramp Accessibility of South Florida. George is the father of Alex and Tiy, and together they bring extensive experience in construction, home modifications, project management, and accessibility solutions to the local Amramp team.
The family also owns Phoenix Pro Management, an established Florida home modification company dedicated to creating safer, healthier, and more functional living environments. Through Phoenix Pro, they have worked with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, case managers, and government programs to complete accessibility improvements and housing rehabilitation projects throughout the state. Phoenix Pro also provides deep cleaning and pest control services, allowing the team to address additional health, safety, and environmental concerns within the home.
Alex brings nearly a decade of experience in home accessibility solutions and holds Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist and Executive Certificate in Home Modification credentials. Tiy contributes hands-on expertise in site assessments, project planning, budgeting, carpentry, and housing rehabilitation. George brings additional construction and project management experience, helping the team approach each project with practical knowledge and careful attention to quality.
